William "Chuck" Brown

Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Brown is the administrator and CEO of Brightmoor Hospice. He has over 30 years of service in senior care and has served on the board of directors for the Georgia Health Care Association, completed the Future Leaders and Political Ambassador programs with the American Health Care Association and currently serves on the board of directors for the non-profit organization Second Wind Dreams. He has received the Georgia Health Care Association’s “Innovation in Leadership” award where he developed the Georgia leaders’ program for skilled Nursing administrators across the state. 
Chuck’s vision and leadership has allowed Brightmoor Hospice to expand to 23 counties. As we continue to grow, we keep foremost in our minds his motto – “do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do.” He has been the administrator at Brightmoor Hospice since 2017.


Trey Reese

Chief Operations Officer
Prior to joining Brightmoor Hospice, Trey Reese was a practicing attorney and Shareholder at Hall Booth Smith, P.C. During his 23 year legal career, 20 of which were at Hall Booth Smith, Trey represented health care companies in litigated, regulatory and compliance matters. He focused his practice in assisting the full spectrum of aging services providers, including hospice providers, nursing homes and assisted living communities. He was lead counsel in several long term care trials, represented providers in adverse licensure actions including reimbursement appeals and created compliance programs for aging services providers. Most importantly, along with this experience, Trey brings his love for those who care for others to Brightmoor Hospice, where his goal is to serve others with compassion. 

Dr. Kevin Napier, MD

Internal Medicine
Dr. Kevin Napier is an internal medicine specialist and the medical director of Brightmoor Hospice with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Napier graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1994. He served in the US Navy as a flight surgeon before returning to Georgia in 2001. He has been married for over 30 years and has 3 adult children. His passion is to provide end-of-life care with excellence and dignity. Dr. Napier believes that if we can assist patients and families during this critical time in their lives, we honor our mission and our calling from God.  

Dr. Paul Harvey, MD

Dr. Paul Harvey, MD is a hospice and palliative medicine specialist. Dr. Harvey studied at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is dedicated to his patients and works with Brightmoor Hospice.
