William "Chuck" Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Chuck Brown is the administrator and CEO of Brightmoor Hospice. He has over 30 years of service in senior care and has served on the board of directors for the Georgia Health Care Association, completed the Future Leaders and Political Ambassador programs with the American Health Care Association and currently serves on the board of directors for the non-profit organization Second Wind Dreams. He has received the Georgia Health Care Association’s “Innovation in Leadership” award where he developed the Georgia leaders’ program for skilled Nursing administrators across the state.
Chuck’s vision and leadership has allowed Brightmoor Hospice to expand to 23 counties. As we continue to grow, we keep foremost in our minds his motto – “do the right thing, because it is the right thing to do.” He has been the administrator at Brightmoor Hospice since 2017.
Trey Reese
Chief Operations Officer
For the past five years, Trey Reese has served as Brightmoor Hospice’s Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge in law, leadership, and healthcare operations to our organization. With extensive experience in hospice, nursing, and assisted living care, Trey has played a vital role in shaping Brightmoor’s compassionate approach to serving others.
Beyond Brightmoor, Trey serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors of the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, where he advocates for quality care through the end-of-life across the state. His leadership is guided not only by expertise but also by his deep respect for those who care for others.
Trey’s approach to leadership is simple but powerful: work hard and be kind—always! He believes that in hospice, every interaction matters, and "we are all walking each other home.” These beliefs fuel his commitment to creating a culture of compassion; where patients, families, and caregivers feel valued, supported, and never alone.
Dr. Kevin Napier, MD
Internal Medicine
Dr. Kevin Napier is an internal medicine specialist and the medical director of Brightmoor Hospice with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Napier graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1994. He served in the US Navy as a flight surgeon before returning to Georgia in 2001. He has been married for over 30 years and has 3 adult children. His passion is to provide end-of-life care with excellence and dignity. Dr. Napier believes that if we can assist patients and families during this critical time in their lives, we honor our mission and our calling from God.
Dr. Paul Harvey, MD
Dr. Paul Harvey, MD is a hospice and palliative medicine specialist. Dr. Harvey studied at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. He is dedicated to his patients and works with Brightmoor Hospice.
